Our Mission
The main activity of NRA "Rurik" is rating (determining the credit ratings of borrowers and their individual debt instruments) and providing analytical and consulting services in the field of credit rating.
According to the decision of the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market dated April 7, 2010, No. 385, NRA "Rurik" is included in the State Register of Authorized Rating Agencies. The official status of an authorized rating agency is confirmed by the certificate issued by NRA "Rurik" Certificate of Inclusion in the State Register of Authorized Rating Agencies dated April 12, 2010, No. 4.
The mission of NRA "Rurik" is to contribute to the development of a civilized, active, highly liquid, transparent securities market in Ukraine by providing products and services aimed at increasing the efficiency of its infrastructure mechanisms and raising the level of awareness and competence of its professional participants. NRA "Rurik" is an independent company not affiliated with any financial market professional and has no commercial interests in the market. LLC "Rurik" does not have related persons with connections to financial market service providers. The agency does not own or manage (use) stakes (shares, shares) of any business entities. LLC "Rurik" has no branches or other separate units. The company does not belong to any associations of enterprises.
Our Team
The Agency employs candidates of economic sciences, specialists with many years of experience in senior positions in financial institutions. NRA "Rurik" is fully staffed. Currently, the staff consists of 6 permanent employees. All employees of the Agency have higher education, 5 of them have higher economic education.

General Director Alina Volodymyrivna Sitalo and Marketing Director Tetiana Volodymyrivna Shkurko (participant owning 50% of the charter capital).
Accounting Department
Chief Accountant Nadiia Petrivna Kilina, graduated from Kyiv Trade and Economic University in 1976 with a degree in Accounting, has more than 30 years of work experience as Chief Accountant.
Analytical Department
Chairman of the Rating Committee Oleksandr Vadymovych Kopylov, graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2003, Institute of International Relations with a degree in International Economic Relations, and in 2007 obtained a scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in World Economy and International Economic Relations.
Lead Financial Analyst Mykola Anatoliiovych Tkachenko, graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in 2013 with a degree in Economic Cybernetics, and in 2018 obtained a scientific degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in Mathematical Methods, Models, and Information Technologies in Economics.
Financial Analyst Ivan Mykolaiovych Raghulin, graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in 2013 with a degree in Financial Controlling.
Documents and Policies
Policies and procedures for identifying, managing, and disclosing information regarding any conflicts of interest are regulated by Section 2 of the Code of Business Ethics of NRA "Rurik".
The remuneration of credit analysts is not dependent on the income received from the rated entity and is structured to ensure the independence and impartiality of the decisions of credit analysts.
